Sono stati comunicati i titoli e gli autori candidati alla terza edizione dei Mike Wieringo Comic Book Industry Awards, così nominati in omaggio al fumettista Mike Wieringo – noto per i suoi lavori su Flash e i Fantastici Quattro – scomparso nel 2007 all’età di 44 anni.

I vincitori saranno annunciati durante una cerimonia di premiazione il prossimo 19 ottobre nell’ambito della Baltimore Comic-Con.

I Wieringo Awards hanno sostituito a partire dal 2017 gli Harvey Awards, che dal 2006 si tenevano proprio alla convention di Baltimora e che ora sono stati spostati a New York.
